Our warranty policy aims to provide customers with the best shopping experience, ensuring satisfaction and quality products.
Warranty Conditions
The product is eligible for free warranty service if all the following conditions are met:
The product is covered under warranty by the Manufacturer or Distributor.
The product has a technical fault caused by the Manufacturer.
The warranty period indicated on the warranty card is still valid.
The warranty card is intact, without any alterations, erasures, repairs, or smudges.
The warranty card contains complete information: product code, serial number, date of manufacture, customer name, address, and date of purchase.
The manufacturer’s warranty stamp and seal (if any) on the product are intact.
Non-Warranty Conditions
The product will not be covered under warranty or may incur a warranty fee if it falls into any of the following categories:
The product is not listed in the warranty coverage by the Manufacturer or Distributor.
The product does not meet one of the warranty conditions mentioned above.
The product’s serial and model numbers do not match those on the Warranty Card.
The customer has attempted to repair the product or has had it repaired at unauthorized service centers.
The product is damaged due to user error, which is not covered by the Manufacturer’s warranty.
If a warranty fee is applicable, our customer service staff will provide full details before proceeding with the warranty process.
Warranty Period
The product comes with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase, provided the damage is due to the manufacturer’s technical issues.
Warranty Application Method
Warranty Location
The warranty location is specified on the warranty card included with the product. Please contact the Supplier/Distributor’s Warranty Center directly using the information on the warranty card. Our customer care support team will assist you in reaching external warranty centers of Manufacturers and Distributors participating in the product and service warranty system.
All information about the Supplier is recorded on the delivery receipt/invoice, attached to the shipping box. If you encounter difficulties contacting the Warranty Center, please reach out to our Customer Care department.
Warranty Duration
The duration of the product warranty depends on the policy and availability of replacement equipment/products. We will inform you of the specific timeframe when the Warranty Center receives the product for warranty. If you bring the product to the Warranty Center yourself, or upon receiving notice of the warranty period, please follow the instructions provided.
In any case, we are not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs if you do not adhere to the instructions in this Warranty Policy.
