Return/Exchange Policy

We guarantee that all goods delivered to customers are 100% genuine and within their expiration date. If you find that the goods are counterfeit or not as described, we will refund the full amount on the invoice.

Exchange/Return Period

You can request an exchange or return within 7 days from the date of receiving the product.
To initiate an exchange or return, please contact us with a photo of the product.
Returned goods must be intact, unused, and free from damage caused by the user.


Regulations for Exchanging/Returning Goods

Customer-Initiated Exchange/Return:

Products must have the manufacturer’s stamps, labels, and seals intact.
Customers are responsible for shipping fees.


Exchange/Return Due to Damage or Incorrect Delivery:

If the product is damaged during transportation or packaging, or if the wrong product is delivered, we will replace it 100% free of charge.
Requests for returns due to damage or incorrect delivery must be made within 48 hours of receiving the goods. Defective products will not be accepted after this period.
